Report needs for service before annoyances become real problems
You're probably familiar with the old proverb: an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
It applies to situations you notice are -- or even may be -- developing in your apartment or building. Loose doorknobs or hinges, drains that are starting to run slowly, faucets that are beginning to drip, ... you get the idea.
You'll be happier and we'll be happier if we get to them before then become real problems. So call or send e-mail. Honest, you won't be bothering us. Even if it's a false alarm.
