KRF has no units currently for rent.
All of our leases expire between May 31 and August 31, so vacancies tend to begin between June 1 and September 1. QAnd our list of openings is published around April 15 for these rentals.
It's possible, although not very likely, that someone's plans will change and something will open up before then. We don't maintain a waiting list. If you're continuing to look for accommodations, check back on this bulletin board or at our home page (www.krf.icodat.com). We'll post any vacancies at these websites as soon as we know about them.
For reference, you'll need to pay a security deposit equal to a month's rent to sign a lease, and to pay first month's rent and an amount equal to a month's rent as a deposit toward the final month of occupancy to take possession of the unit. That's a total of three month's rent for the package.
